PBS Spółka z o.o. (formerly: Pracownia Badań Społecznych) is one of the oldest market research agencies in the Polish market - it was established in 1990.

The scope of the company’s services includes : brand research, pricing research, demand research, satisfaction and loyalty research, secret client, the development of new products and product testing, research of organizational climate and culture, marketing communication research, market segmentation studies, socio-political research, opinion polls, as well as the evaluation of EU- funded projects.

PBS is a founding member of the Organization of Opinion and Market Research Firms - an association for leading Polish research companies. The company participates in the key OFBOR's initiative - the Interviewer Work Quality Programme (Program Kontroli Jakości Pracy Ankieterów - PKJPA).

On 3 October 2008, PBS received a Certificate of Interviewer Work Quality Programme for the 2008 in all categories :
